I’m a physical therapist with a background in orthopedic care who believes physical therapy is about more than treating injuries, it’s about helping people stay active, capable, and confident throughout their lives. I work with individuals recovering from injury or surgery, as well as those who want to maintain strength, movement quality, and long-term fitness.
Before becoming a physical therapist, I competed as a Division I swimmer, which shaped how I think about training, efficiency, and durability. Today, I stay active through time outdoors, training for triathlons and mountain races, and CrossFit-style workouts.
I also have advanced training in functional movement analysis and performance-based training, allowing me to look beyond symptoms and understand how movement patterns and strength affect both injury risk and performance. My goal is simple: help people move well, stay resilient, and keep doing the things they love for years to come.
