A Different Approach

WHY MONTANANS CHOOSE TRAILHEAD

We believe living in Montana means enjoying life to the fullest. Trailhead PT was designed around that idea, merging expert care with an environment for long term success.

One-on-one sessions inside a functional gym

You work directly with a physical therapist in a setting built for movement, not a clinical waiting room.

OBJECTIVELY DRIVEN CARE

We believe PT and Performance should be informed by data which is why we closely integrate technology to show the improvement that matters.

Movement-based solutions, not just symptom management

We focus on how your body moves so you can get back to what matters with confidence.

FAFS-certified expertise in a gym setting

You work with a physical therapist trained in functional movement who understands strength training and performance goals.

Simple Process

HOW WE EMPOWER YOU TO MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE

BOOK A FREE PHONE CONSULT

We’ll talk through your training background, current demands, and performance goals to see if Performance Training is the right fit and how it can best support what you’re working toward.

Start With a Performance Check-In

Your first session focuses on your goals, training demands, and how you want your body to perform. From there, we’ll look at how you move and train to build a clear, performance driven plan.

Train With Purpose

Work one-on-one through your plan with structured guidance and progression. We’ll help you build capacity, refine movement under load, and adapt as training demands change, so progress stays consistent and intentional.

After 2 THR's I thought I would live the rest of my life in pain. After my first appointment with Ethan everything happily changed. He designed a therapy plan that I could easily adjust within my day. Week after week I consistently met goals he set for me, changing the way I walk and also my outlook on life! I can't thank him enough!

I started physical therapy feeling unable to cope with the pain I was experiencing every time I did anything. Even tasks as simple as doing dishes caused me incredible pain. Ethan is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, understanding, and most of all fun. I feel better than I have felt in years! I have more flexibility and movement and actually look forward to doing activities that I had stopped doing over the years. Very happy with my treatment!

FAQs

Common questions about how we work and what to expect.

Do you take insurance?

We are a 'Hybrid Clinic' this means we do accept a few common insurances but we also offer cash-based services, and we can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We would love to help you navigate this process and figure out what works best for you.

Where are you located?

We're inside Livingston Peak Strength at 103 North N Street Unit B in Livingston, MT. The gym entrance is on N Street, and sessions take place in a functional training environment.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you're dealing with and your goals. After your evaluation, we'll give you a clear plan and timeline so you know what to expect.

What should I expect during my first visit?

Your first session is a thorough evaluation where we assess how you move, identify limitations, and talk through your goals. From there, we build a personalized plan and start treatment.

Do you work with athletes or just people in pain?

Both. We help people dealing with pain or injuries, and we also work with athletes and active adults who want to improve performance, prevent issues, or return to training after time off.

Still have questions?

We're here to help. Reach out and we'll get back to you.

Ready to Move Better?

We'll talk about what's going on, what you want to get back to doing, and whether we're the right fit. From there, we'll schedule your evaluation and build a plan that makes sense for your goals and schedule.
